Suzanne Wainscott

Suzanne Wainscott has been working as an orthodontic lab technician for 27 years. She has been with Dr. Jeffries team for 10 of those years, and it has been wonderful. She has many excellent talents, but her expertise is in x-rays, retainer impressions and the fabrication of many different orthodontic appliances. She has attended many continuing education classes over the years to become best at what she does. Suzanne loves working with our new patients and still gets excited to see our patients that have been with us over the years. She would love to meet you!

Joy Mullins

Joy has been a clinical assistant for Dr. Jeffries team for 17 years. She has attended many continuing education classes over the years and enjoys learning the newest innovations in orthodontics. Joy enjoys forming a relationship with all our patients during their orthodontic treatment. She finds it very rewarding to be able to help them achieve a healthy and beautiful smile. Joy is the clinic supervisor and a very knowledgeable assistant.

Donna Arias

Donna has been in the orthodontic field for 25 years. The last 12 years she has been the scheduling and insurance coordinator for Dr. Jeffries team. Donna is one of the first faces you see upon entering Dr. Jeffries office. She has a wonderful warm smile that makes patients feel relaxed the minute they see her. Donna has also attended many classes about insurance. In fact we call her the Insurance Guru! She is always ready to help answer any questions a patient might have, and she will work with your insurance to make sure you are getting all the benefits your policy allows.

Angela Malone

Angela is the other smiling face you will see at Dr. Jeffries front desk. She has been with Dr. Jeffries team for the last 6 years, and has been part of the dental field for 20 years. She loves working with patients and is always helpful in finding just the right appointment for you. Angela is also always more than willing to help with the filing of your insurance and getting all the orthodontic benefits your policy allows. She loves to make people laugh and feel comfortable in our office.

Amber Collins

Amber is happy and proud to be a clinical assistant for Dr. Jeffries team. She has been with our office for 9 years. She loves watching patient’s confidence grow as they go through orthodontic treatment. Amber, like all our team, has had many hours of continuing education to keep up with the ever changing world of orthodontics. Her very favorite job as an assistant is removing patient’s orthodontic appliances. She just loves to see them react to that beautiful smile that they have worked so hard to get!

Jennifer Duncan

Jennifer is a clinical assistant that has been with Dr. Jeffries team for 13 years. She loves transforming patient’s smiles and building a relationship with our patients. Jennifer is always there when a patient needs that extra boost of encouragement while in treatment. She finds it a true joy to see the beautiful smiles that our team has enhanced over the years.

Salinas Miller

Salinas has been a clinical assistant for Dr. Jeffries team for the past 9 years. She enjoys getting to know our patients and looks forward to seeing them at each appointment. Her goal is to provide the best possible care for each patient. Salinas always looks forward to applying all the knowledge she has achieved during continuing education classes to ensure our patients have healthy and beautiful smiles that will last a lifetime.

Amy Wheeler

Amy thinks there is nothing more exciting than a big beautiful smile! She has been part of Dr. Jeffries team for the past 8 years. She loves being a part of an office that has created some of the most beautiful smiles in Northern Kentucky. Amy finds her time as a clinical assistant very rewarding, and has a real connection with the smallest of our patients.

Gina Kerns

Gina has been with our team at Dr. Jeffries office for 10 years. She is a lab technician and gets to meet our new patients at the first or second visit. Gina’s primary duty is taking records on our patients. This consists of x-rays, models, impressions and photos. Gina is great with our young new patients. She knows just what to do to calm those butterflies!

Susan Rink

Susan is the Business Manager for Dr. Jeffries team and has been with the practice for 25 years. She loves working alongside of Dr. Jeffries, meeting new patients and their families. Susan also assists patients and parents of patients in the planning of their orthodontic treatment financially. She will help coordinate all their payments to best meet their needs. However, Susan believes the best part of being a team member is getting to know the patients and making lifelong friends.
